2026 Striping
Sealed bids for the construction of 2026 Striping will be received by the City Engineer, City of Mankato, 10 Civic Center Plaza, PO Box 3368, Mankato, Minnesota 56002-3368, electronically through QuestCDN until 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2026, at which time they will be opened. Following are approximate major quantities for the work:

1.The bidder shall electronically submit the proposal as provided in the Bidding Documents, and according to the Instructions to Bidders prepared by the city of Mankato.
2.Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available at www.questcdn.com. You may view the digital bidding documents for free by entering the Quest project number listed below. Documents may be downloaded for a fee of $64.00. Select this project and enter eBidDoc number 10187374 on the "Search Projects" page. For assistance and free membership registration, contact QuestCDN at 952.233.1632 or info@questcdn.com.
3.Bids shall be submitted using QuestCDN. No other alternate formats will be accepted. Proposal information is available via e-mail request at this address: jsmith@mankatomn.gov.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond listing the city of Mankato for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of bid. A bidder's bond shall include certified copy of the power of attorney. Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the city engineer in writing. See Article 6 of the Instructions to Bidders.
The City Council reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 45 days after the date of the bid opening. The City Council has the right to waive any informality in any bid, reject any or all bids, and award the contract in the best interests of the city.

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
Notice is hereby given that an application for informal probate of the above-named Decedent's Last Will dated September 27, 2002 has been filed with the Probate Registrar, and the application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Probate Registrar has informally appointed Michael Mountain whose address is 20115 Indian Lane, Mankato, MN 56001, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative, or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed pursuant to Minn. Stat. sect. 524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will, or to the appointment of the personal representative, must be filed with this court, and will be heard by the court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. sect. 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this Notice, or the claims will be barred.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Eagle Lake, Blue Earth County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall (705 Parkway Avenue, Eagle Lake, MN). The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a variance to pour concrete to level up the slope in the required side yard of the property located at 401 LeRay Avenue (parcel ID # R121018201019), zoned One Family Residential (R-1). All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
The Planning Commission shall within a reasonable time, pass upon the variance application as originally submitted or modified. If approved, the Planning Commission shall express its approval as conditional approval and state the conditions of such approval, if any, or if disapproved, shall express its reasons, therefore. Such approval or disapproval shall be transmitted to the Council and the Council shall approve or disapprove the variance request.
