NOTICE OF A PUBLIC
HEARING ON BEHALF OF THE
PLANNING AGENCY TO
REVIEW CHAPTER 10
OF MANKATO CITY CODE
RELATED TO ALLOWING
MULTIPLE FAMILY
DWELLINGS AS CONDITIONAL
USES IN THE B-3,
HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8TH day of September, 2025 as part of a meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. the City of Mankato City Council will conduct a public hearing to review Chapter 10 of Mankato City Code related to allowing multiple family dwellings as conditional uses in the B-3, Highway Business District.
The hearing will be held in the Mankato Room located on the first floor of the Intergovernmental Center, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Mankato, MN 56001. Persons unable to attend the hearing may send written testimony to the City Clerk prior to the meeting.
Persons unable to attend the hearing may also send written testimony to mkonz@mankato mn.gov prior to the meeting.

NOTICE OF BID
Blue Earth County, is presently soliciting competitive "Prime Contract Bids" for Blue Earth County Public Works Facility. Sealed bids will be received at Blue Earth County Administrator's Office, 204 S. Fifth St., Mankato, MN 56001, then publicly opened and read aloud. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. Bids will be received until 3:00PM local time, on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at which time they will be publicly read aloud. Bidders are also invited to review the results online at https://www.krausanderson.com/trade-partne rs/.
All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
This portion of the project involves Earthwork and Utilities, and a Best Value Procurement package for Precast Concrete.
