NO. 2026-7
SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION
TO CREATE A ROAD
IMPROVEMENT
AND MAINTENANCE
SUBORDINANTE
SERVICE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board of Mankato Township,
Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, on June 29, 2026, the Mankato Township Board of
Supervisors has adopted
Resolution No. 2026-7, A resolution establishing the Subordinate
Service District Sleepy Hollow for properties within Sleepy Hollow
Estates adjacent to Ichabod Lane and East and West Raven Rock Road; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2026-7 is lengthy and would be expensive to publish in entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED that the Town Board finds that the following text clearly informs the public of the intent and effect of Resolution 2026-7 and
approves the following summary for publication:
SUMMARY OF PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION 2026-7
A resolution approving the
Subordinate Service District Sleepy Hollow for properties within Sleepy Hollow Estates adjacent to Ichabod Lane and East and West Raven Rock Road. The purpose of the
district is to facilitate the financing, improvement, and maintenance of township roads serving the
benefited properties.
