• Real Estate Regional Manager

RE/MAX Results is seeking an experienced and self-driven candidate to join our growing team as a Regional Manager. In this role you will lead and motivate our well-established Sales Executives and teams. The right candidate must have a MN Real Estate License and at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales (a WI Real Estate License, is a plus). Candidates must also have in-depth knowledge of MN contracts and transaction management.

As a Regional Manager you are responsible for prospecting and recruiting, coaching, training and overseeing Sales Executives production data and economic agreements. Additionally, our Regional Managers provide sales management support and satisfaction along with growing agent productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading real estate agents and will also possess strong technology and problem-solving skills. We are always looking for leaders who can inspire, motivate and personally grow in our fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Required Skills:
1. Must exhibit strong management skills
2. Comfortable with cold-calling and introductions
3. Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
4. Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with Sales Executives
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Results-oriented and high achiever
7. Solid familiarity with several social media platforms
8. Willing to be held accountable for goals
9. Provide detailed reporting of weekly and monthly goals
10. Must possess strong conflict resolution skills
